Every May, thousands of food and restaurant professionals – including ATK Foods – descend on the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago to showcase their wares and share the latest innovations and trends within the industry. The four-day event draws attendees from all 50 states and from over 100 countries across the world.

Exhibitors at the NRA Show represent 900+ product categories, including food, drink, tableware, furniture and technology, stemming from foodservice channels from fine dining and casinos to cruises and the military. This year ATK Foods pitched up a booth at the NRA to show off six of our latest products: Apple & Maple Breakfast Patties, Seasoned Chicken Breast, Sugarhouse Maple Breakfast Chicken Links, Chicken Beer Brats, Chipotle Chicken Burgers with Pepper Jack Cheese and last but not least, our Kickin’ Cranberry Meatballs with Jalapeños.

The response to our samples was fantastic, and it was clear that breakfast items are hot in the minds of both creators and consumers right now – something we are ideally placed to be a part of. Our time at the NRA Show was both fun and productive – showing off our delicious food (and tasting that of others!), and meeting tons of great people too. We had a blast and even caught up with the Food Network star Adam Gertler!  We can’t wait to do it all over again next year.
