Andouille Chicken Sausage Kabobs

  • 1 lb Andouille Chicken Sausage
  • 1 red pepper, cut into chunks 
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks 
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks 
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks 
  • wooden or metal skewers 
  • olive oil 
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: Cajun seasoning for extra flavor 


  • If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling. 
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the sliced andouille chicken sausage rounds onto the skewers, alternating with the chunks of bell peppers and onion.
  • Brush the kabobs with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning if desired.
  • Place the kabobs on the preheated grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred. 
  • Once cooked, remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
