Whole30 Three Pepper Burger Lettuce Cups with Burger Sauce

Three Pepper Chicken Burger
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Three Pepper Chicken Burger
- 3 large butter lettuce leaves
- 1-2 mini sweet peppers, chopped
- 1 Persian cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Whole30 approved mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Whole30 approved ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp coconut aminos
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and coconut aminos together with a spoon to make the burger sauce.
- Warm up the Three Pepper Chicken Burger on the stove or microwave and then cut into strips.
- Build your lettuce cups by adding a layer of burger sauce, followed by the chicken strips, chopped vegetables, and to with more burger sauce. Enjoy!
