Whole30 Sausage Deviled Eggs

Breakfast Time Mini Chicken Sausage Links
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Breakfast Time Mini Chicken Sausage Links
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp Whole30 compliant mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Whole30 compliant Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika
- Green onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and mash together with a spoon or fork.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Heat the Breakfast Time Mini Chicken Sausage Links in the microwave for 30 seconds, then cut into fourths.
- Place 2 pieces of sausage in each deviled egg then garnish with smoked paprika and green onions. Enjoy!
