Swedish Inspired Cranberry & Jalapeño Meatballs

Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 16 Amylu Foods Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped jalapeños
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
- In a pan on medium heat, melt the butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add the flour and whisk together for a few seconds to make a roux.
- Add the beef broth and whisk together until there are no lumps.
- Next whisk in the heavy cream, then turn the heat down to medium-low.
- Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and salt and whisk together.
- Add the chopped jalapeños and meatballs to the sauce and let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
