Sesame Ginger Chicken Bowls

Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar 
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green onion, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Start by cooking rice based on package instruction (tip: for extra protein, add bone broth instead of water).
  • Prep your cucumber salad by slicing it thinly, add it to a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. 
  • Prep your broccoli by tossing it with oil, salt and pepper and air frying it for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Add oil to a skillet and then add your Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles.
  • Break the crumbles apart and add your sauce. 
  • Let it simmer for 2 minutes. 
  • Assemble bowls with the rice, crumbles, broccoli and cucumber salad.
  • Add the green onion and sesame seeds for garnish and enjoy!
