Sesame Ginger Chicken Bowls

Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Green onion, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Start by cooking rice based on package instruction (tip: for extra protein, add bone broth instead of water).
- Prep your cucumber salad by slicing it thinly, add it to a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Prep your broccoli by tossing it with oil, salt and pepper and air frying it for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Add oil to a skillet and then add your Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles.
- Break the crumbles apart and add your sauce.
- Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with the rice, crumbles, broccoli and cucumber salad.
- Add the green onion and sesame seeds for garnish and enjoy!
