Sesame Ginger Chicken & Bok Choy Bowl

Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp Mandu sauce 
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • Cooking spray 
  • Bok choy
  • Fried egg
  • Sriracha
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  • To a nonstick pan on medium heat, add cooking spray, Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles, cabbage, and Mandu sauce. 
  • Cook for a few minutes until the cabbage starts to soften then remove the mixture from the pan and transfer to a bowl.
  • In the same pan, sauté the Bok choy and fry the egg.
  • Add the cooked Bok choy and fried egg to the bowl and top with sriracha, green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
