Sesame Ginger Chicken & Bok Choy Bowl

Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles
- 1 Tbsp Mandu sauce
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- Cooking spray
- Bok choy
- Fried egg
- Sriracha
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
- To a nonstick pan on medium heat, add cooking spray, Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles, cabbage, and Mandu sauce.
- Cook for a few minutes until the cabbage starts to soften then remove the mixture from the pan and transfer to a bowl.
- In the same pan, sauté the Bok choy and fry the egg.
- Add the cooked Bok choy and fried egg to the bowl and top with sriracha, green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
