Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock or broth
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 3 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- To a pot on medium heat, add the mushrooms, soy sauce, Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices, and chicken stock. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the oats, followed by the garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, and spinach.
- Turn the heat to low and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes or until the oats are thick and creamy.
- Top with some grated parmesan and enjoy!
