Quick & Easy Breakfast Bites Bowl

Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
- 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 oz red cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 fried egg
- Microgreens for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Warm up the Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices in the air fryer at 385 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- While the breakfast bites cook, add some olive oil to a pan on medium heat and sauté the red cabbage.
- Once the cabbage starts to soften, add spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook until the spinach starts to wilt.
- Remove from heat and drizzle some sesame oil on top.
- Add to a bowl along with a fried egg, the breakfast bites and microgreens. Enjoy!
