Quick & Easy Breakfast Bites Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
  • 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 oz red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Drizzle of sesame oil
  • Salt 
  • Pepper
  • 1 fried egg
  • Microgreens for garnish 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Warm up the Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices in the air fryer at 385 degrees for 10-12 minutes. 
  • While the breakfast bites cook, add some olive oil to a pan on medium heat and sauté the red cabbage. 
  • Once the cabbage starts to soften, add spinach.
  • Season with salt and pepper and cook until the spinach starts to wilt. 
  • Remove from heat and drizzle some sesame oil on top. 
  • Add to a bowl along with a fried egg, the breakfast bites and microgreens. Enjoy!
