Paleo Chicken Burger Brunch Bowl

Three Pepper Chicken Burger
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Three Pepper Chicken Burger
- Kale, chopped with stems removed
- Sweet peppers, chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cauliflower rice
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 soft boiled egg
- Green onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- Massage kale and sweet peppers in olive oil then add to a pan on medium heat.
- Cook for a few minutes then move to one side of the pan.
- Add some olive oil and the cauliflower rice and cook the cauliflower for a few minutes, stirring occasionally before mixing everything together.
- Cook until the kale has wilted then remove the mixture into a bowl.
- Using the same pan, heat the Three Pepper Chicken Burger on both sides for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken burger to the kale mixture and finish with a soft-boiled egg and chopped green onions.
