INGREDIENTS:

• 6 Harvest Apple Mini Chicken Sausage Links
• 6 mini potatoes, washed and halved or quartered
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary 
• 1 small yellow onion, chopped
• 1 small Fuji apple. chopped
• 2 cups kale, chopped
• 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Salt 
• Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

• To a pan on medium heat, add olive oil, potatoes, and the rosemary and cover with a lid.
• Let the potatoes cook for about 10 minutes.
• Remove the lid and discard the rosemary.
• Add the kale, season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Move the potatoes and kale to one side of the pan and add the onions. If the pan is dry, add a little more olive oil to the pan.
• Once the onions begin to soften, add the apples and stir everything together.
• Add the Harvest Apple Mini Chicken Sausage Links and cook until the sausages are heated through. Enjoy!
