Garlic & Asiago Chicken Sausage Spinach Pasta

Roasted Garlic & Asiago Chicken Sausage
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack Roasted Garlic & Asiago Chicken Sausages
- 1 box pasta of choice
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 jar marinara
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Bring a large pot of water to boil and add salt and noodles. Cook as per package instructions.
- Slice Roasted Garlic & Asiago Chicken Sausages.
- Add a splash of oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced Roasted Garlic & Asiago Chicken Sausages and cook, stirring for 5 minutes.
- Roughly chop spinach.
- Drain noodles.
- Add marinara sauce to a skillet with sausage, stir and top with cooked pasta and spinach. Let is simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir everything well and add shredded parmesan cheese.
- Serve with black pepper and chili flakes for an extra kick. Add more parmesan.
