Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
- 1/4 cup enchilada sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 mini naan/flatbread
- 14 g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1-2 tsp green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
- To a pan on medium-low heat, add the enchilada sauce and Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and crack in the eggs.
- Cover with a lid again and let the eggs cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Scoop 1 egg and 3 breakfast bites into a mini naan and top with cheese, green onions, and cilantro. Enjoy!
