Enchilada Sauce Eggs & Sausage

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
  • 1/4 cup enchilada sauce 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 mini naan/flatbread
  • 14 g cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1-2 tsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro

DIRECTIONS: 

  • To a pan on medium-low heat, add the enchilada sauce and Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and crack in the eggs. 
  • Cover with a lid again and let the eggs cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Scoop 1 egg and 3 breakfast bites into a mini naan and top with cheese, green onions, and cilantro. Enjoy!
