Crispy Chicken Caesar Lettuce Wraps

Three Pepper Chicken Burger
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Three Pepper Chicken Burgers
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
- 4 romaine leaves
- Caesar dressing
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the panko, salt, and black pepper in one bowl and in a separate bowl beat one egg.
- Dip both sides of the Three Pepper Chicken Burgers in the egg, then dip both sides into the panko mixture.
- Shake off any excess panko and place in the air fryer.
- Spray a generous amount of cooking spray on top of the burgers and air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Flip the burgers halfway through and spray the other side with a generous amount of cooking spray.
- Let the burgers cool for a few minutes and then cut into strips.
- Place a few chicken burger strips into a romaine lettuce leaf, top with Caesar dressing, grated parmesan, and fresh cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
