Cranberry Jalapeno Puff Pastry Balls

Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg
- Sweet & spicy BBQ sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- Let your puff pastry thaw for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 pieces.
- Grab your Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs and wrap each one in the puff pastry sheet, making a ball.
- Using a sharp knife, make 2 slits on the top of each ball, making a cross.
- Whisk together the egg and rub each ball with the egg wash, coating all sides.
- Place on a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for 22 minutes until golden.
- Arrange on a platter in a circle and option to use greens like spinach in the middle & to place BBQ sauce on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
