Cranberry & Jalapeno Meatball Sliders​

Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs​

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of 12 dinner rolls
  • 6 slices of Pepper Jack cheese
  • 12 Amylu Foods Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
  • ½ cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

For the garlic butter:

  • 1 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated Parmesan

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Split the dinner rolls in half and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Add the Pepper Jack cheese slices first, followed by the meatballs (space out so each roll has a meatball), followed by the cranberry sauce, and then the shredded gruyere.
  • Place the top of the rolls back on and make the garlic butter.
  • Melt the butter for 10-15 seconds in the microwave then add the minced garlic and Parmesan to the melted butter.
  • Brush the mixture on top of the rolls and then bake for 18-20 minutes, until all the cheese has melted, and the rolls are golden brown.
  • If rolls are stuck together, use a knife to gently cut and separate the rolls.
