Cranberry & Jalapeno Meatball Sliders

Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 package of 12 dinner rolls
- 6 slices of Pepper Jack cheese
- 12 Amylu Foods Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
- ½ cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
For the garlic butter:
- 1 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Split the dinner rolls in half and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Add the Pepper Jack cheese slices first, followed by the meatballs (space out so each roll has a meatball), followed by the cranberry sauce, and then the shredded gruyere.
- Place the top of the rolls back on and make the garlic butter.
- Melt the butter for 10-15 seconds in the microwave then add the minced garlic and Parmesan to the melted butter.
- Brush the mixture on top of the rolls and then bake for 18-20 minutes, until all the cheese has melted, and the rolls are golden brown.
- If rolls are stuck together, use a knife to gently cut and separate the rolls.
