Cranberry & Jalapeno Meatball Puff Pastry Bites

Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, cut into 12 squares
- 8 oz block of cream cheese
- 2 green onion stalks
- 1 large jalapeno, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cranberry sauce
- Honey
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares and place each square into a greased muffin pan.
- To a pan on low heat, add the cream cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and stir for a few minutes until everything is combined.
- Remove from heat and scoop 1 Tbsp of cream cheese mixture into each cup.
- Top with a Cranberry & Jalapeño Chicken Meatballs and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, top with cranberry sauce and a drizzle of honey.
