Chicken Crumbles Fresh Spring Rolls

Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles and Mandu Sauce packet
  • 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • Rice paper
  • Butter lettuce
  • Carrots, shredded 
  • Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Cilantro 
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • Sriracha (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Heat up the Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles, 1/2 of the Mandu Sauce packet and water chestnuts in a pan on medium heat for a few minutes. 
  • Remove from heat and set aside. 
  • Mix the remaining 1/2 of the sauce packet, the peanut butter, and sriracha together to make the dipping sauce.
  • Soak the rice paper in water for about 10 seconds. 
  • Rice paper should feel firm when removed from the water and will soften as filling is added.
  • Add the butter lettuce, cucumbers, cilantro, carrots, green onions, and chicken crumbles to the rice paper. 
  • Roll it up and enjoy!
