Chicken Club Burger

Caramelized Onion & Gouda Chicken Burger
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Caramelized Onion & Gouda Chicken Burger
- Brioche bun
- Garlic aioli
- Arugula
- 1 slice of gouda cheese
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1-2 strips crispy bacon
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, pinch of salt, and pepper together to make the garlic aioli.
- Spread some garlic aioli on each half of the bun and toast in a pan on medium heat.
- Once the buns are golden brown, remove and warm up the Caramelized Onion & Gouda Chicken Burger.
- Flip the chicken burger once and add a slice of cheese on top.
- Cook for a few minutes, until the cheese begins to melt.
- To the toasted bun, add a layer of garlic aioli, followed by arugula, the chicken burger with cheese, tomato, more garlic aioli, crispy bacon, and sliced avocado. Enjoy!
