Cheeseburger Meatballs

Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Chicken Meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Chicken Meatballs
- 1 block cheddar cheese
- 2 large pickles
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp mustard
DIRECTIONS:
- Grease a medium skillet with avocado or olive oil.
- Remove Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Chicken Meatballs from package and add to skillet.
- Cook for 5 minutes, turning halfway through until meatballs are crispy.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each meatball, cover pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes until cheese has melted.
- Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Place each meatball on a serving dish and top with a slice of pickle (use a toothpick to keep together).
- Serve with sauce and enjoy!
