Cajun Kabobs
Compliments of Amylu, Creator of Sausages by Amylu

Sausages by Amylu Andouille
INGREDIENTS:
4-6 links | Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage |
8 | Red potatoes |
1 large | Red pepper |
1 large | Green pepper |
16 med. | Shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 large | Pineapple |
Cajun seasoning: Sprinkle to cover all sides of kabob. |
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice each Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage link into 6-8 pieces on the diagonal.
- Cut potatoes into cubes and parboil for about 3 minutes.
- Slice peppers and pineapple into large pieces.
- Arrange on skewers in alternating order or let your guests make their own!
- Grill, turning frequently, until all pieces are browned; remember Sausages by Amylu are already fully cooked.
- Serve over your favorite rice.
