Cajun Kabobs

4-6 links Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage
8 Red potatoes
1 large  Red pepper
1 large Green pepper
16 med. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large Pineapple
  Cajun seasoning: Sprinkle to cover all sides of kabob.


  • Slice each Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage link into 6-8 pieces on the diagonal.
  • Cut potatoes into cubes and parboil for about 3 minutes.
  • Slice peppers and pineapple into large pieces.
  • Arrange on skewers in alternating order or let your guests make their own!
  • Grill, turning frequently, until all pieces are browned; remember Sausages by Amylu are already fully cooked.
  • Serve over your favorite rice.
