Cajun Kabobs

Product used in this recipe:
Andouille Chicken Sausage

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4-6 links Amylu Foods Andouille Chicken Sausage
  • 8 red potatoes
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 16 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large pineapple
  • Cajun seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

  • Slice each Amylu Foods Andouille Chicken Sausage link into 6-8 pieces on the diagonal.
  • Cut potatoes into cubes and parboil for about 3 minutes.
  • Slice peppers and pineapple into large pieces.
  • Arrange on skewers in alternating order or let your guests make their own!
  • Sprinkle Cajun seasoning to cover all sides of the kabob. 
  • Grill, turning frequently, until all pieces are browned; remember Amylu Foods sausages are already fully cooked.
  • Serve over your favorite rice.
