Buffalo Chicken Burger

Three Pepper Chicken Burger
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Three Pepper Chicken Burger
- Pretzel bun
- Green leaf lettuce
- Red onion, sliced
- Blue cheese crumbles, for topping
- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Frank’s Red-Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
- Pinch of garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the Greek yogurt, Frank’s Red-Hot Sauce, lemon juice, crumbled blue cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together to make the buffalo and blue cheese sauce together.
- In a pan on medium heat, toast the bun.
- Warm up the Three Pepper Chicken Burger, cooking for a few minutes on each side.
- Add a layer of sauce to the bun, followed by some lettuce, the chicken burger, buffalo and blue cheese sauce, onions, and top with blue cheese crumbles. Enjoy!
