Buffalo Chicken Burger

Three Pepper Chicken Burger

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Three Pepper Chicken Burger
  • Pretzel bun
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Blue cheese crumbles, for topping
  • 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Frank’s Red-Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix the Greek yogurt, Frank’s Red-Hot Sauce, lemon juice, crumbled blue cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together to make the buffalo and blue cheese sauce together.
  • In a pan on medium heat, toast the bun. 
  • Warm up the Three Pepper Chicken Burger, cooking for a few minutes on each side.
  • Add a layer of sauce to the bun, followed by some lettuce, the chicken burger, buffalo and blue cheese sauce, onions, and top with blue cheese crumbles. Enjoy!
