Breakfast Pasta

Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
- 2 oz dry pasta of your choice
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- Handful of spinach, chopped
- Cracked black pepper
- Red chili flakes
DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, whisk 1 egg with the parmesan cheese and set aside.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, about 9 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, do not rinse, and immediately add it back to the pot.
- While the pasta is still hot, add the butter and vigorously stir until the butter has melted.
- Add in the egg and parmesan mixture and vigorously stir again.
- Warm up the Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices in the microwave on high for 1 minute and 30-45 seconds and then add to the pasta along with chopped spinach.
- Stir everything together, top with black pepper and chili flakes and enjoy!
