Breakfast Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices
  • 2 oz dry pasta of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • Handful of spinach, chopped
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Red chili flakes

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a bowl, whisk 1 egg with the parmesan cheese and set aside.
  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, about 9 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta, do not rinse, and immediately add it back to the pot. 
  • While the pasta is still hot, add the butter and vigorously stir until the butter has melted.
  • Add in the egg and parmesan mixture and vigorously stir again. 
  • Warm up the Breakfast Bites with White Cheddar Cheese, Uncured Bacon & Spices in the microwave on high for 1 minute and 30-45 seconds and then add to the pasta along with chopped spinach.
  • Stir everything together, top with black pepper and chili flakes and enjoy!
