INGREDIENTS:

• 4 Apple & Maple Mini Chicken Sausage Links
• 2 slices of sourdough bread, cut into cubes
• 1 Fuji apple. diced
• 1/4 cup egg whites
• 1/4 cup oat milk (or milk of your choice)
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• Pinch of salt 
• Ground cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp butter, melted
• Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS:

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
• Add bread cubes to a baking dish already sprayed with cooking spray.
• In a cup, mix the egg whites, oat milk, brown sugar, maple syrup, and salt with a fork, then pour over the bread cubes. 
• Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon over the bread and mix with a spoon so that all the bread is covered in liquid.
• Add the chopped apples followed by another generous sprinkle of cinnamon, then drizzle the melted butter near the top.
• Top with chopped Apple & Maple Mini Chicken Sausage Links and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
