Air Fryer Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Roasted Garlic & Asiago Chicken Sausage
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Roasted Garlic & Asiago Chicken Sausage
- 10 Cremini mushrooms
- 6 Tbsp whipped cream cheese
- 1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- Grated parmesan for garnish
- Fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped for garnish
- Avocado or olive oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Clean mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, chives, and garlic salt with a spoon and set aside.
- Cut the Roasted Garlic & Asiago Chicken Sausage into 10 pieces (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Spoon some of the cream cheese mixture into the mushroom cap followed by a piece of sausage on top.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the stuffed mushrooms then spray the mushrooms with avocado oil spray.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
