Amylu Foods Maple Chicken Breakfast Patties

INGREDIENTS:
- 12 Maple Chicken Breakfast Patties
- 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 10 large eggs
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- Olive oil spray
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally to create one large top and bottom slab, leaving the rolls connected.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the maple chicken breakfast patties, flipping often, until heated through and browned. This will probably need to be done in 2 batches. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sea salt until smooth. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with olive oil and pour in the eggs. Cook, scrambling, until set.
- Place the bottom slab onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with the scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese slices, and sausage patties. Place the top slab on top.
- Brush the tops with the melted butter. Loosely cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes, removing the foil halfway through. Serve warm and enjoy!
